EUROSTAR Terminal :

The Eurostar International Terminal at King's Cross St Pancras is a 22 minute journey from Winchmore Hill

AIRPORTS :

Heathrow: The Piccadilly Line at Southgate Station (5 minutes' drive away), takes you directly to Heathrow Airport. Or you can go from Winchmore Hill Station and change to the Piccadilly line at Finsbury Park.

Stansted: 30 minutes' drive away via the M11 motorway

Luton: 45 minutes' drive via the M25 and M1 motorways

Gatwick: The Gatwick Express goes direct from the Airport to Victoria Station where you change to the Victoria Underground line. Change again at Highbury and Islington or Finsbury Park for the train to Winchmore Hill.

LOCATION AND TRAVEL
Central London
Trains from Winchmore Hill Station (on the line from Moorgate/Kings Cross to Hertford North) take you to Finsbury Park (Victoria and Piccadilly lines) in 14 minutes and to Highbury and Islington (Victoria line) in 17 minutes. So, Oxford Circus (shopping), Piccadilly Circus (The Royal Academy of Art and West End theatres) and Russell Square (The British Museum) are all just 25-30 minutes away.


The cheapest and simplest way to travel around London’s Underground and Over-ground system is to use an Oyster Card. You load money onto the card and swipe it through a card reader at the beginning and end of each journey. Alternatively, you can buy a one-day travel card. Winchmore Hill is in zone 4.


2012 Olympics
You can travel to the Olympic Station by taking the train from Winchmore Hill to Kings Cross (between 22 and 30 minutes) and then the Olympic
Express from there to the stadium (7 minutes)

MOTORWAY network :

The M25 (junction 24) is 10 minutes away. The M11 is also 10 minutes away.
